Russian missiles struck the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia behind the frontlines on Thursday in an attack that Ukrainian officials said is one of the deadliest single-day attacks. As Crystal Goomansingh reports, the office buildings and residential areas hit in Vinnytsia are nowhere near the front lines in Ukraine’s Donbas region.
