People with mobility issues in the downtown Eastside say they’re struggling to even get down the sidewalk this summer. Vancouver’s newest tent city has popped up on East Hastings Street, and residents say tents and other items are taking up too much space, and they’re fed up. As Emad Agahi reports, it’s led to at least one violent altercation so far.
