Teresa Whitecap, the grandmother of five-year-old Frank Young, spoke Tuesday about the disappearance of the child, saying their “circle was broken.” She said while Young had left them, at the same time the circle was “complete” again after a newborn baby was born shortly after the five-year-old’s disappearance.
