Carrot River RCMP Sgt. Richard Tong provided more details about the discovery of the body of Frank Young, the five-year-old boy found this weekend in Red Earth Cree Nation after being missing since April. He said there was “no indication of suspicious circumstances” at this time, but said an investigation was taking place.
