The federal industry minister is meeting with the head of Rogers on Monday, trying to get a handle on what’s happening with the telecom giants in this country.
The emergency meeting was clearly sparked by the massive outage that started on Friday and stretched right through the weekend for many. Andrea MacPherson reports.
