Edmonton is known as the festival city, but that hasn’t been the case over the last few years. Festivals have either had to be cancelled or scaled down. But now that COVID-19 health restrictions are gone, two major festivals are back and have teamed up to unofficially kick off the festival season. Chris Chacon reports.
