More than half of Canadians say by 2027 a key factor in where they choose to live will be climate change and the potential for weather related events. That’s according to report released this week by RE/MAX looking at how climate change might impact the real estate market in the next five years. In the Okanagan where floods and fires can be part of the yearly rhythm, reporter Megan Turcato checked in with local real estate agents about what they are seeing on the ground.
