Home sales drops significantly in the Central Okanagan, prices not so much

It’s no surprise that with inflation at a nearly 40-year high and interest rates rising–the real estate market has cooled off.
After two years of sizzling hot home sales and staggering prices, the number of homes being sold has dropped significantly, according to the Association of Interior Realtors. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, while the prices remain high – they too, are slowly starting to come down.
