Frequent air traveller Kelly Laing was flying from Toronto to Saint John, N.B., late last month on a flight she takes often between the two cities, but this time she checked luggage went missing. Laing spoke to Global News about her experience after she tracked her lost luggage with an Apple AirTag in her suitcase.
