The area at the intersection of Water St. and Marina Blvd. in Peterboruogh could be the home of a six-storey apartment complex.
Peterborough city councillors moved forward a city staff recommendation to redesignate the location as ‘high-density residential,’ which now allows for the large-scale housing project to be built.
