Vernon, B.C. is relaunching its summer pedestrian plaza after challenging first year

Vernon shut down a block of its main street to traffic this Monday morning for a summer pedestrian plaza. Organizers are busy getting amenities in place for the official kick off on Thursday. But while some businesses owners are excited to see the plaza back, the road closure is controversial with others.
