One of the biggest names in privately-run foster care and group homes in Ontario operates homes that, workers say, are falling apart and neglect kids in need. All the while, a Global News/APTN investigation found, the family behind the group homes operates another business – offering luxurious vacation rentals with “all the spoils of the good life.”
