Exasperation, exhaustion, tears, and anger are all on display at Trudeau Airport today. Air Canada now says it must cut hundreds of flights to and from Montreal this summer in order to be able to provide an adequate service to customers. As Olivia O’Malley reports, on the eve of the long Canada Day weekend, people are facing big line-ups to catch flights or just to get some answers.
