Speaking at the end of the G7 summit in Germany, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Canada is developing plans to be able to “scale up rapidly” the troops it currently has in Latvia as part of NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence (EFP), to stand up against Russian “threats” and “posturing.”
