The new leader of the BC Liberal Party was in Kelowna Monday to present his vision for the future of the province and the party. During his speech to the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce, Kevin Falcon argued the province should be “bold” on infrastructure projects and that there is a major role for the private sector in tackling some key challenges.
