Kristi Noem joined host Margaret Brennan to discuss the governor’s plan to ensure abortion bans are enforced in her state. South Dakota is one of 13 states that have passed “trigger laws” which, upon the overturning of Roe v. Wade, made abortions immediately illegal. Plus, Noem is exploring options to further restrict abortion access via telemedicine. Noem also said she doesn’t believe rape or incest victims should be eligible for abortion.
