Andrew Berry, convicted of second-degree murder of his two daughters on Christmas Day 2017, is appealing his case. Defence argues things admitted in his first trial should not have been, and there were procedural errors in the trial, including a charge to the jury. Crown argues that there is nothing to mitigate the overwhelming evidence of guilt. Kristen Robinson reports.
