Former acting AG tells Jan. 6 committee he told Trump the DOJ wouldn’t seize voting machines

During a congressional select committee hearing Thursday on the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, former acting attorney general Jeffrey Rosen testified that the Department of Justice (DOJ) would not be seizing voting machines at the request of former president Trump because the DOJ said it had no evidence of voter fraud.
