Trudeau pledges $250M in food aid, says Russia to blame for sky-high prices

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau blamed Russia on Thursday for skyrocketing energy and food prices that have left millions of people in Africa and other parts of the world struggling to feed themselves. He levelled the accusation as he announced $250 million in new funding for the World Food Program.
