Lifeguard shortage

The Quebec government is investing of $250 million dollars over 5 years to improve sports and recreation programs in the province, which includes free lifeguard and instructor training. Montreal Institute of Swimming’s Adam Di Fulvio joins Global’s Laura Casella to talk about the current lifeguard shortage and its effect on the city’s pools and beaches this summer.
