PCs sweep pair of Miramichi by-elections despite low approval for Higgs

The governing PCs swept a pair of Miramichi by-elections yesterday, despite lackluster province-wide polling and a low approval rating for Premier Blaine Higgs. According to some, the wins show the leader-less Liberals have yet to prove themselves a viable alternative. Silas Brown has more.
