Canada to ban certain single-use plastic imports, manufacturing by year’s end

By the end of the year, Canadian companies will no longer be allowed to import or make some single-use plastic items such as bags, straws and stir sticks. But as Kim Smith reports, some advocates say this is just a drop in the bucket.
