Putin trying to ‘hold us all ransom’ by weaponizing Russian energy and hunger: Truss

British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss told leaders at the Three Seas summit in Latvia on Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin has been holding the world “ransom” by weaponizing hunger and Russian energy. Truss said the Three Seas region must strengthen economic security through the deepening of trade and shared expertise in science.
