In an interview with Global News from Kyiv, Mariia Netreba, whose husband is one of the Ukrainian fighters who surrendered to Russian forces at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol in May, describes what she witnessed during Russian attacks on the city before she was forced to flee to Kyiv in late March. Netreba and other family members are seeking information about the well-being of their loved ones, who are being held as prisoners of war by Russia.
