With the shift outdoors during the pandemic, many Torontonians have noticed the city hasn’t been keeping up. Now, Toronto Council has directed staff to do more to open water fountains and bathrooms earlier.
The move even more pressing as hot sunny weather is beginning earlier in the year and lasting longer into the fall. Matthew Bingley reports.
