Conservative MPs Michelle Ferreri, Shelby Kramp-Neuman and Pat Kelly each hammered the Liberals Thursday during question period on delays at airports and the ArriveCan app. Ferreri cited words from Mark Weber, the national president of the Customs and Immigration Union, who said Canadian Border Services Agency employees were acting as “IT consultants.” She asked why the system was being used without consulting front line workers, while the other MPs called on the Liberals to take action to end the “chaos.”
