Chief Justice of Canada Richard Wagner said on Thursday that Canadians should have confidence in the Court’s impartiality and integrity regardless of which political party judges are appointed by. He pointed to the Court’s appointment process as independent and transparent and added that Canada doesn’t have “polarization” issue with judges appointments as the U.S.
