Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Wednesday that a joint rapprochement document from NATO, in addition to Swedish documents, on Sweden and Finland’s recent bid to NATO did not meet Turkey’s expectations. He added that any negotiations would have to address Turkey’s demands first. “For there to be a base for negotiations, it has to be with the document that we had sent them,” Çavuşoğlu said.
