Former Trump White House advisor Steve Bannon appeared in a federal court today in Washington, D.C. for a charge against him of criminal contempt of Congress. “I want to appreciate the J-6 committee canceling today – you know why? Because their ratings stink and they can’t compete with the Bannon trial,” he told assembled media outside the court appearance Wednesday.
