Beaconsfield homeowner wants to build sound barrier along his property

A Beaconsfield man is upset because he wants a permit to allow residents to build their own sound walls on their properties, to help block out the noise from Highway 20. This as the city ponders whether or not it can spend $15 million on a sound barrier. Global’s Tim Sargeant explains.
