Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Monday that China’s justification of harassing Canadian fighter jets during a UN mission to enforce sanctions on North Korea was “irresponsible and provocative.” China released a statement saying their fighter jets’ “buzzing” of Canadian air patrol units was “reasonable and professional” and warned Canada of any “risky provocation” towards China.
