A Halifax mother says she continues to be let down by the justice system after two former special constables were acquitted in her son’s death. Jeannette Rogers lost her son Corey in 2016 after he was taken to a Halifax police lockup cell. As Graeme Benjamin reports, she says the judge’s decision is another example of the system leaving victims behind.
