Halifax street navigator talks Point in Time count released earlier in the week

We talk with Eric Jonssen of the Navigator Street Outreach Program to talk more about a recent point-in-time count that found 586 people unhoused in HRM. The Point-in-Time (PiT) Counts are community-level surveys conducted across Canada to provide a one-day snapshot of the state of homelessness in their respective communities.
