Federal government grants B.C. an exemption to decriminalize hard drugs

It’s been six years since the province first declared the overdose crisis a public health emergency. B.C. has now been granted an exemption from the federal government to decriminalize personal possession of hard drugs. Richard Zussman has more on the first of its kind exemption here in Canada.
