The public was once again restricted from listening to the testimony of a senior ranking RCMP member at the Nova Scotia shooting inquiry. Now retired Staff Sgt. Andy O’Brien was part of the team that made critical decisions the night of the mass shooting. As Graeme Benjamin reports, there are parts of the response he wishes they could have done better.
