Report issued on sexual misconduct in Canadian military

Some big changes are on the way for how sexual misconduct investigations in the Canadian military are handled. Former Supreme Court Justice Louise Arbour has handed down a report that, among other things, recommends civilian police and courts deal with allegations against members of the military.
