Palestinian Authority Attorney General Akram Al-Khatib said Thursday that its investigation into the death of Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh proves an Israeli soldier shot her in the head in a targeted killing. Al Jazeera had accused Israeli forces of killing Abu Akleh, and announced this week it would be referring the case to the International Criminal Court.
