As rent continues to soar in Vancouver, more people turn to housing alternatives while others are forced to find shelter in places like CRAB Park. For nearly a year, the tent city has been home to a handful of people who can’t secure traditional housing. And as Aaron McArthur reports, residents celebrated the milestone on Wednesday, despite pressure from all three levels of government to clear out.
