Housing advocates are speaking out after documents reveal the City of Toronto collected personal information of homeless individuals without their consent. The dossier comes months prior to hundreds of city workers, private security and police officers cleared an encampment at Trinity Bellwoods Park in the summer of 2021. Brittany Rosen reports.
