In acknowledging the complex issue of dementia and the experiences of older adults, Trent University has launched a new graduate diploma in dementia studies.
It is available to registered nurses (RNs) with five years of experience or those who hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
Teresa Kaszuba spoke about it all with Kirsten Woodend, Associate Professor of the Trent/Fleming School Of Nursing, the school’s former Dean, and an RN herself.
