Jim Watson, the mayor of Ottawa, said during a virtual news conference on Wednesday that the full costs of the storm cleanup will be covered by the province of Ontario following a meeting with Premier Doug Ford, after a deadly storm swept through the provinces of Ontario and Quebec on Saturday.
