At a World Economic Forum (WEF) panel discussion in Davos, Switzerland on Tuesday, Belgium Prime Minister Alexander De Croo spoke on the importance of collective and holistic action in response to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine for stability across Europe. “Security is not just defence,” said De Croo, referring to a need for investments to respond to cyber security threats, refugee flows and misinformation.
