Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Havisto said on Tuesday that Finland and Sweden would be sending teams to Turkey to discuss the two countries’ NATO bids. Turkey remains in opposition to Finland and Sweden’s applications to join the alliance, saying both countries harbour people linked to the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militant group.
