Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said on Thursday that police will start reopening the area around Tops Supermarket in Buffalo, New York where a racially-motivated mass shooting left 10 people dead. He said the crime scene tape will come down and Jefferson Ave. street will reopen. However, police will remain in the neighbourhood to ensure safety and security.
