It is a feeling a lot of us have watching what is unfolding in Ukraine—a feeling of helplessness.
But many people are doing their part to try and make a difference in the lives of those impacted and displaced by the war.
That includes a Kelowna couple who didn’t hesitate in opening their home to a pair of young women fleeing the atrocities.
And as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it all started with a Facebook post.
