It wasn’t a UFO but travellers passing over the Alex Fraser Bridge might have gotten a glimpse of an unusual sight Tuesday. Two 500-tonne cranes performed the delicate operation to lift and re-install a massive dome at the Annacis Island wastewater treatment plant.
