Korir Maphosa-Ngwenya was devastated to learn two albums with photos of her deceased parents were lost by UPS last month. But, as Melanie Zettler reports, nearly six weeks after the parcel cleared customs, a UPS representative drove to Maphosa-Ngwenya’s home in Toronto to deliver the albums, along with fresh flowers and an apology note.
