Rise in Kelowna residents feeling unsafe living in the city, survey says

A recent city-wide survey revealed that a majority of Kelowna residents generally feel safe in their neighborhood during the day. However, as Victoria Femia reports, the very same survey also shows an increase in a number of crimes, leading to many residents feeling a little uneasy living in the city.
