Canadian ministers Jean-Yves Duclos and Marci Ien announced funding on Wednesday that will see more than $3.5 million provided to two organizations to enhance access to abortion services for people in the country. The funding will allow for the organizations to give training to health-care providers to perform abortions, and provide support for people who need to travel to access services.
