Life without lupus: advocates raising awareness around autoimmune disease

May 10 marks World Lupus Day.
The autoimmune disease often takes years to diagnose because it affects each person differently and can attack any part of the body.
More than 90 per cent of people with the disease are female.
Two women are sharing their stories in the hope of raising awareness and one day finding a cure.
